Molly Estok
Molly Estok is an Associate Attorney at Gilbert Law PLLC, where she is committed to helping clients navigate life’s important legal decisions with confidence and peace of mind. Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Molly believes every client deserves an attorney who listens first, communicates clearly, and provides practical guidance every step of the way. Her goal is to be a grounding force as someone clients can rely on for thoughtful guidance, practical solutions, and steady support through life’s important decisions.
Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Florida State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2024. Before joining Gilbert Law, Molly began her legal career in international tax with a global professional services firm. Throughout law school and the early stages of her career, she also gained valuable experience advising businesses operating in highly regulated industries, building a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, and practical problem-solving.
At Gilbert Law, Molly enjoys helping families create estate plans that provide security and peace of mind for generations to come. She understands that planning for the future can be an emotional and often overwhelming process, and she is committed to making each client feel comfortable, informed, and empowered every step of the way. She also works alongside business owners as they start, grow, and operate their businesses, providing guidance on contracts, regulatory compliance, and other legal issues that arise throughout the business lifecycle. Molly is a member of the Twin Cities Cardozo Society. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time at the lake or beach, reading historical fiction, and making memories with her husband and three cats.
