I was so stressed out, didn’t know what to do or which way to go. Heather was more comfortable using sign language than I am and her confidence is ‘REAL’. She knows the law and understood what position I was put in. My journey was a lot less stressful with her on board, I felt safe and protected. Heather kept me informed and fully prepared me for what was next and how it would go. My outcome with Heather was very successful and a friendship was formed.
