Tabatha Durand is a paralegal at Gilbert Law PLLC. She is ASL fluent and graduated from Inver Hills Community College with her A.S. in Paralegal Studies, beginning her career in criminal prosecution in a County Attorney’s Office in Southern Minnesota. She ventured into civil litigation after moving to California and completing her B.S. in Legal Studies. Upon moving back to Minnesota, she transitioned into corporate law, managing confidentiality agreements for a specialized group in a fortune 500 company. Relying on her varied experience, she then began providing freelance paralegal services in a variety of practice areas. When the opportunity to work with Gilbert Law PLLC presented itself she was excited to combine her education, experience, and proficiency in ASL in a role supporting attorneys who care deeply about their work.
